Office Hours

Our office/admin days are Mondays & Tuesdays each week, so please be mindful that any enquiries we receive will be responded to at the beginning of the week.

Due to the nature of our catering business, we are often unable to take calls as we may be in the middle of catering for another client. In this respect, the best form of contact is via email or text msg. 

staffing costs

Each menu and event will come with it’s own staffing costs. These costs are at a rate of $40 per hour for each staff member.

Ratios ( for wait staff )

1 : wait staff to every 30 : guests

Approx time frame for each menu:

  • Quick & Easy set menu – 2 hours 
  • The Base Menu – 2 / 2.5 hours 
  • The Range menu – 2.5 / 3 hours
  • The Exclusive menu – 3 hours

All times are approx and dependant on guest numbers.

The Italian Feast Menu pricing includes staffing costs so the above does not apply.

how to book
  1. Contact ua via our contact form to ensure we have availability for your event date. Please be mindful minimum quotas apply for each of our menus.
  2. We will confirm if we have availability. If we are available, please fill out our bookings form. Please ensure you read and agree to all of the terms and conditions before sending.
  3. A deposit invoice for 30% of your total bill will be required to secure the date. This is a non refundable deposit once you have secured a date.
  4. Please choose your menu – we are happy to help if needed.
  5. Menu choices due 14 days prior to your event date.
  6. Final numbers due 7 days prior.
  7. Final balance due 3 days prior to your event.
To confirm your booking

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

Banking details will be emailed once we have confirmed availability of your booking.

Two weeks before your event

Confirmation of your menu choices are due 2 weeks prior to your function.

We will require your final numbers for guests attending, strictly no later than 1 week prior.

Final payment is due 3 days prior to your function. An invoice will be sent 1 week prior via email (please note cash or direct deposit is acceptable / we are unable to accept cheques or credit card payments).

On the day of your event

Parking – We will require a car space close to the entry of the venue.

Clear kitchen – free of people – and clear bench spaces. We may require photos of your kitchen prior to service to determine the best way of working with the space provided.

Early access – our arrival time is one hour prior to service time commencing.

Correct starting times – sorry we are unable to wait for late guests arrival. Please consider this when you choose your “catering start time”.

Rubbish – removal is the responsibility of the host. All rubbish will be bagged up accordingly and taken outside to your rubbish bins after catering clean up has finished.

Speeches during your function – please advise if you are planning to have speeches during food service times. Also be aware this may also increase the amount of time we will be needing staff at your function and you will therefore be charged extra for staff times.

Cakage – We offer cake ( cutting and serving of cakes ). This is charged at $2.50 per head. All plates and disposable forks included. Please advise during the booking procedure if you will be requiring this service.

Special dietary requirements – Please feel free to discuss our options regarding “special dietary requirements” as these  will vary from the menus we offer.
