2. Goat Cheese Bilinis – delicate savoury pikelet served with delicious basil pesto, cherry tomato and goats cheese.

3. Roast Beef Delights – mini crispy baguette filled with finely sliced roast beef, oven roasted capsicum and drizzled with tangy hollandaise sauce.

4. Single Serve Ravioli – giant sized ravioli with your choice of spinach and ricotta, or meat filling, served with an authentic Napoletana sauce and grated parmesan cheese.

5. Chicken Satay Skewers – chicken tenderloins served with peanut satay sauce topped with crushed roasted nuts.

6. Panko Prawns – Japanese style crumbed prawns, served with lemon or lime wedges and sweet chilli sauce.

7. Mini Gourmet Beef Pies – Plain – containing chunky, grain-fed, top quality beef, seasoned with salt and pepper, served with exotic sauces and tomato or BBQ sauce.

11. Mini Gourmet Pizza – with topping of your choice:

  • Pepperoni, freshly made basil pesto and oven-roasted mini tomatoes
  • Garlic prawn, freshly made basil pesto and shallot
  • Marinated baby octopus, oven roasted capsicum and Spanish onion

12. Mini Frittata – homemade sweet potato, leek, zucchini, bacon and cheese frittata, served with a swirl of homemade hummus and topped with an olive.

13. Maki Sushi with filling of your choice – Nori, filled with sushi rice, Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise and light soy sauce. With filling choices of:

  • smoked salmon, chicken schnitzel, tuna, avocado, Lebanese cucumber, shallot, snow pea sprout.

14. Salt and Pepper Squid – fresh fried squid seasoned with salt and pepper, served with wedges of lemon and garlic aioli dipping sauce.

27. Fish Tacos – Soft Mexican fish tacos served with avocado and tomato salsa.

28. Pork Dumplings – Steamed Chinese pork dumplings with soy sauce and served in an asian soup spoon.

29. Lamb Kofta – served with hommus or babaganush  on a mini flat bread

30. Cantonese BBQ Pork Pancakes – served with shallot, cucumber, carrot and hoisin sauce.

31. Mixed Lebanese Pastries – with a variety of fillings including meat, cheese and spinach.

32. Greek inspired Zucchini and Feta Fritters – topped with a cucumber raita, dill and lemon.

33. Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Tartlets – oven baked  in a crispy bread case.

34. Crunchy Chicken Strips – light, crispy chicken tenders in a panko crumb served with a honey / mango dipping sauce.

Our catering menu packages include all costs in the initial quote provided to you. There are no hidden extra fees to surprise you once your function is over. We offer obligation free quotes.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable upon placing your order and it automatically secures the function date.
Your balance payment is due no later than seven days (7) before your function date.
