A 30% non - refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Banking details will be emailed once you have decided to secure your date.

Confirmation of your menu choices are due 2 weeks prior to your function.

We will require your final numbers for guests attending, strictly no later than 1 week prior.

Final payment is due 3 days prior to your function. An invoice will be sent 1 week prior via email ( please note cash or direct deposit is acceptable / we are unable to accept cheques or credit card payments)
