3. Mini Roast Beef Rolls – served with balsamic onions and a tangy dijonnaise dressing.

4. Chicken Parmigiana Bites – lightly crumbed chicken bites fried till golden, drizzled with Napolitana sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese

5. Mini Meatballs Subs – Our authentic veal mini meatballs served in a mini roll, topped with Italian sauce and grated parmesan cheese

6. Soft Mexican Chicken Tortillas – soft mini tortilla filled with mildly spiced chicken tender and topped with delicious homemade guacamole and lettuce

7. Six-Layer Mexican Dip – Served with homemade guacamole, sour cream, grated cheese, fresh tomato salsa and shallot layers. Served in a small glass containers accompanied by a long crispy bread stick for dipping.

Mini Boxes & Mini Boats are reserved exclusively for functions of 30-60 pax.

  • Penne pasta served with creamy bacon, shallot and mushroom sauce, topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Stir fried satay chicken served with jasmine rice, steamed broccoli, snowpeas and capsicum
  • Atlantic Salmon risotto containing chunky pieces of Atlantic Salmon, sundried tomato, fresh basil, leek, baby spinach, parmesan cheese and creamy Arborio rice
  • Creamy Indian style Butter Chicken served on a bed of Jasmine rice
  • Tandoori Lamb Skewers served with Biriyani rice and Indian yogurt topping
  • Mini Falafels served with tabouleh, babaghanoush, hummus and Lebanese bread
  • Mini Satay Beef Meatballs served on a bed of Jasmine rice.
  • Creamy Curry Thai Prawns served on a bed of homemade fried rice.
  • Individual Thai Chicken / or prawn salads. Served with mixed lettuce, cucumber, carrot, vermicelli noodles, fresh thai herbs, cashews – fried shallots and a Thai lime dressing.
  • Tomato Bruschetta Bowls – (The only way to eat Bruschetta at a finger food party) Cherry tomatoes marinated in fresh basil, garlic and olive oil topped with a creamy feta and crispy Italian bread.
  • Fried Rice with the lot – veggies, prawn, Asian BBQ pork, egg, chicken wok fried with a sweet soy sauce.

Our catering packages adapt to suit any occasion.

Our catering menu packages include all costs in the initial quote provided to you. There are no hidden extra fees to surprise you once your function is over. We offer obligation free quotes.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable upon placing your order and it automatically secures the function date.
Your balance payment is due no later than seven days (7) before your function date.
